Fear of closed spaces is also known as Claustrophobia.
While air travel has become a necessary transportation tool for most of society, it can produce anxiety in many people, especially those with claustrophobia. It’s not uncommon for people with claustrophobia to avoid flying or completely refrain from it, for the simple reason that an aircraft is considered a closed space.
For those that suffer from claustrophobia the feeling of a closed space in an aircraft produces a similar fear to what they might experience in elevators, shopping malls, crowded trains and theaters. It’s generally not flight safety concerns, but the fear of being in the closed space that keeps these people from flying.
If you are among the many people who suffer from claustrophobia, this program is for you. Many Claustrophobics are flying today thanks to this program.
